Amy joined Grace Hill as Chief Financial Officer in July 2020, bringing more than 20 years of financial and operational leadership experience predominantly in the software, software-as-a-service, and professional services industries. Amy specializes in assisting Boards and the C-Suite in strategic planning and decision making and has successfully raised over $150M in private equity and over $130M in debt financing throughout her career.

Amy received her Masters of Professional Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin. She began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers serving public and private clients across software, telecommunications, financial services, and hospitality as an Audit Manager, then ventured into the technology sector full-time at Nortel Networks honing her skills in technical accounting and revenue recognition globally. Amy joined Kony, a mobile application platform startup (venture-backed), where she helped grow the company over 8 years through product and geographic expansion while serving as Controller then Vice President of Finance, Accounting, and Corporate Secretary. Amy recently served as Chief Financial Officer at Kasasa, a financial services technology and services company in Austin, before Joining Grace Hill in 2020.
