Account Management Associate/Contract Administrator


Location: Greenville, South Carolina

Role Overview:

We are looking for an Account Management Associate/Contract Administrator to join our team. Main duties will be to prepare, negotiate and review various company contracts, including purchases, sales, and business partnerships. The Account Management Associate/Contract Administrator will work under the direction of the Account Managers. This position requires strong attention to detail along with the ability to discover potential risks for our company. Duties also include analyzing contracts with an eye toward reducing costs and increasing profits, while ensuring compliance with the law. The ideal candidate has previous experience managing contracts and is familiar with legal requirements and terms of use.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Prepare sales and purchase contracts
  • Review and update existing contracts
  • Explain terms and conditions to managers and interested parties
  • Ensure that employees understand and comply with company contracts
  • Analyze potential risks involved with specific contract terms
  • Stay up to date and communicate with Grace Hill leadership and legal counsel to ensure compliance with the law
  • Ensure all deadlines and conditions described on contracts are met (e.g. payments and shippings)
  • Maintain an organized system of physical and digital records
  • Create language standards for existing and new contracts
  • Record all communications regarding client contracts in CRM
  • Submit all requests as needed for enhancement via ticket system (Gitlab)
  • Acknowledge risk factors with clients and escalate issues/concerns to appropriate account managers and executives
  • Various account management administrative duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

  • BS degree in Business Administration or related degree preferred
  • Proven work experience as a Contract Administrator, Contract Manager or relevant role
  • Knowledge of legal requirements involved with contracts
  • Familiarity with accounting procedures
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Conga experience preferred
