Content Program Coordinator


Role Overview

The Content Program Coordinator participates in content development by researching potential content opportunities and potential partnership opportunities with state regulators and licensing boards. Additionally, the person in this role will assist with project management tasks related to the writing and development of new content, triage and manage content maintenance efforts, and manage content development documentation.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Research real estate licensing board requirements for continuing education units in all 50 states
  • Research state and major municipality shifts in fair housing law, protected classes, and anti-harassment legislation
  • Research additional major content areas and potential industry training gaps and present findings to senior leadership
  • Manage documentation for content development, deployment, and management, plus create documentation to assist support teams with content issues
  • Lead content issue tracking and edits using effective project management principles and utilizing pre-defined Grace Hill templates, tools, and methodologies
  • Assist in new content development project management
  • Assist in course writing efforts
  • Work with content and product teams to plan, develop, and test new course presentation and delivery approaches
  • Contribute to the content and technology strategy and roadmaps

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Humanities, Education, or Organizational Development
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong research and analysis skills
  • Strong written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • A sense of curiosity and willingness to “jump right in” to learn new technologies, tools, and skills
  • Commitment to the Oxford comma
  • Highly organized, persistent, and process-oriented
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, evolving environment with minimal oversight
  • Willingness to accept feedback, highly coachable
  • Experience working with G-Suite and Google Apps a plus
  • Experience taking courses or training online using a Learning Management System a plus
