Meet Michael Foss, Grace Hill Admin Support Agent
Grace Hill has expanded our in-house Support Team to include an elite team of reps that are dedicated to Admin-Level requests. Michael Foss is one of three techs who were handpicked to staff the new Admin Support Channel based on their exceptional customer service and Vision expertise.
Technical Expertise
Michael graduated from Delgado Community College with a 3.8 GPA and Chancellor’s Honors in the Information Technology field. He puts the computer technology expertise he gained from his degree to work for Grace Hill clients.
Diligent Customer Service
Michael’s professionalism comes through in every client interaction. He is known for being willing to take on any task and for going above and beyond in his efforts to find a technical solution. Clients frequently comment on his positive attitude and excellent customer service.

Embraces Challenge
Michael has always enjoyed helping people solve technical problems. His approach is to rule out simple solutions first and then spend as long as it takes to investigate deeper issues. He takes pride in solving the more challenging problems that come up in his new role on the Admin Support Team.
Outside of Work
In his free time, Michael enjoys hiking, cooking, working out, playing guitar, and playing video games socially. His friends and family members appreciate his laidback personality and sense of humor.
