Announcing New Enhanced Reporting in Vision
More Customization, More Data
We heard from our Vision clients that they wanted more power and flexibility to generate the kinds of reports that will help them make important, data-driven decisions. So we went to work enhancing our reporting features with more customization capability and data access.
Vision clients now have an efficient means of tracking and reporting on employee training progress, giving them more power to communicate the value of their training program. Our new custom reporting tool exposes more data than ever and lets users create reports tailored to their needs. The new Training Performance report gives clients data on key performance indicators, so they can make more informed training decisions.
Kim at Capstone loves Custom Role and wanted a report to show which assignments were made by those given the Custom Role.
New Custom Reporting Capability
New filter criteria allow users to multi-select individual employees, course types, course titles, assignment types, and training statuses, providing the ability to report on assignments that are enrolled or not yet started. Best of all, users can now choose their own report columns from a broad range of employee, course, assignment, exclusion and completion data. And all customizations can be saved for the future and shared with other admins at the company!
Keith from MAA requested an associate summary report that shows compliance and can be drilled down by location, position and group.
New Training Performance Report
The new Training Performance report provides company metrics on key indicators such as active users, compliance, course completions, total Awards revoked or granted, total employee location or position changes and total exceptions. Administrators can use this report to show the impact of training on their organization.
Lindsey from FPI Management wanted a report that would show a list of everyone assigned (In progress, Enrolled, and Not Started) to a particular course.
New Dynamic Distribution Options
Admins can now distribute saved custom reports with dynamic timeframes. They can set a frequency and special report period that will override the reporting period on the saved custom report and apply solely to the distributed report.
Moving Multifamily Forward Together
