Grace Hill Account Manager Spotlight

Meet Lisa Werts, Grace Hill Account Manager

Making a Difference

Lisa has been in the property management industry for nearly 22 years. As an Account Manager for Grace Hill, she assists clients in assessing their training needs, provides recommendations and identifies opportunities for strengthening their programs. Lisa is able to provide ongoing customer service for clients while assisting in the onboarding and training process of new clients.

“I love helping a client with recommendations and solutions to make their job easier and ensure a successful training program.”

Where It Began

Before joining the Grace Hill family in 2015, Lisa worked with Trammell Crow for a year, then spent 12 years onsite with Post Properties in Atlanta, GA. While onsite Lisa started as a Leasing Consultant. With hard work, she became an Assistant Manager and was later promoted to Property Manager. She was able to transition into the Learning and Development department, which gave her unique insight into developing training solutions for site associates.

Passion for Helping

Lisa has always had a passion for training and helping others become successful in their careers. As an onsite associate, she was asked by the Training department to facilitate systems training classes. Eventually, a Systems Trainer position became available and Lisa was offered the job. From there, her responsibilities grew and she took on more challenges and tasks, leading to becoming the Director of Learning Solutions. With the desire to ensure that new employees received the information and knowledge to be successful in their positions, she created and developed a comprehensive onboarding process. This included the selection of Grace Hill as an education partner with Post Properties.

Lisa is extremely proud of her daughter, who graduated in June 2018, from Oregon.

“My passion and desire to be involved with training is driven by my enthusiasm for helping others. As we know, the new employee onboarding process or even a position change can be stressful and challenging. Being able to offer solutions and tools to alleviate some of that stress is what I enjoy most about training.”

In her spare time, Lisa enjoys making jewelry. She especially likes making necklaces and bracelets. She loves college football, primarily the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets. On fall Saturdays, as a season ticket holder, Lisa can be found at the home games in Atlanta. The University of Oregon Ducks is her second favorite team.
