Meet Nichole Campbell, Grace Hill Account Manager
Extensive Property Experience
Nichole began her career in property management 12 years ago as a part-time leasing agent. She went on to hold every office position on site, eventually becoming property manager. Her property experience also includes property accountant, company trainer and marketer.
Helping Others Through Learning
As Account Manager for Grace Hill, Nichole oversees renewals, elective additions and system upgrades. She also educates admins on Vision and provides technical assistance. Her love of learning and teaching make her a passionate trainer. Like all of our Account Managers, she gets the most pleasure out of knowing she has helped someone understand a concept or process that was challenging them.
“I love when I’m able to help someone understand the system or go away from the call having learned something new. That brings the biggest joy to me. Just knowing that I have helped—and hearing a smile in someone’s voice when I have—is the biggest reward.”
Outside of Work
Both on and off the job, Nichole is known for being a great listener who is always available when someone needs her. In her free time, she enjoys sculpting mini figures.
