Meet The New Grace Hill Gang Members

Greenville, SC – Grace Hill, the leading provider of policy, training and assessment solutions to companies managing multifamily properties is dedicated to creating the best support system for our clients. We are excited to announce four new team members joining the Grace Hill team: Willow Walker, Dana Hill, Aaron Villarreal, and Jay Thompson.

 

Willow Walker, Account Manager, joins the team with 19 years’ experience in property management, from onsite to corporate. As Operations Director, Willow assisted in creating training for a property management company and had the opportunity to work hand in hand with Grace Hill. She was a Regional Manager for a couple of years and oversaw all onboarding and training for new hires in her portfolio. “I love training and leading teams to success.  Leaving property management operations and going to the supplier side only made sense for me if it was Grace Hill” says Willow. 

 

Dana Hill, National Account Executive, joins Grace Hill as a multifamily industry leader with over 25 years of experience, including holding senior positions at RentPath (formerly known as Apartment Guide) and ForRent.com. Most recently, Dana held the position of Director of Sales, South East with Mobile Doorman, while also serving as the Co-Chair of the Atlanta Apartment Association (AAA) Can Can Ball benefiting the Atlanta Community Food Bank. Dana will be focused on solving the needs of prospects and customers to develop, retain, and build top talent utilizing the structure, components, and processes of the Grace Hill Talent Performance Loop.

 

Aaron Villarreal, Client Success Managerhas worked in the property management industry for over 6 years, primarily on the vendor side, working in areas such as Revenue Management Advising, Marketing, Acquisitions & Dispositions, Asset Optimization, and now talent development and training. In his latest role, Aaron was a Regional Director of Operations for a leading luxury corporate housing provider in the North East Region, overseeing complete operations, guest services, inside sales, property relations, and capital improvement projects for the New York, New Jersey, Boston, and Connecticut markets. Aaron will be responsible for customer experience, including onboarding, training, and support. 

 

Jay Thompson, Account Managerjoins the team with over 7 years’ experience in the multifamily industry. Jay started in the industry as a leasing professional and used Grace Hill from the very beginning. Working for a large, well-known multifamily company, Jay worked his way up to community manager with strong expertise in mid-rise and high-rise communities. Jay serves within the Bay Area Apartment Association and Florida Apartment Association as well as on an NAA committee.  As part of the Grace Hill team, Jay’s aim is to enable his clients with the tools, resources, and support necessary to create a training culture driven by employee engagement.
