Tenure – Recognize learner tenure within the organization based on hire date.

Completion – Identify milestones within an existing learning path.
Create custom awards
You can create your own Awards, or use one of the recommended Awards all Platinum Vision clients will receive with step-by-step instructions on how to turn them on.
Highlight milestones
Awards allow you to identify important milestones and automatically recognize those who meet those milestones. Once you’ve created them, anyone who has already met those milestones will automatically receive the awards. No need to retake courses or input new information for individual users.
