Engage and Recognize Learners with Awards
Grace Hill is excited to announce the upcoming release of our new Awards feature for Platinum-level Vision clients. Awards help you encourage and recognize learner engagement, professional development, and accomplishments. They’re a great way to enhance a career portfolio, recognize tenure, support contests—they can even help identify future learning paths by documenting progress made by star employees.

Awards help with employee motivation and retention.
• Publicly extending recognition enhances the value of the employee receiving it
• Focus on positives rather than negatives
• Identify those ready for promotion and quickly remediate those who are falling off a desired path
Example uses
Tenure – Recognize learner tenure within the organization based on hire date.
Compliance – Identify learners who are up to date on compliance or safety courses that recur each year.
Superstar – Praise learners who go above and beyond by self-assigning courses or completing training requirements on time.
Completion – Identify milestones within an existing learning path.
Create custom awards
You can create your own Awards, or use one of the recommended Awards all Platinum Vision clients will receive with step-by-step instructions on how to turn them on.
Highlight milestones
Awards allow you to identify important milestones and automatically recognize those who meet those milestones. Once you’ve created them, anyone who has already met those milestones will automatically receive the awards. No need to retake courses or input new information for individual users.
Awards from Grace Hill offers functionality far beyond the basic badging other eLearning platforms provide. There are virtually no limits to how or what you choose to recognize! To receive a demo of Awards, contact your Account Manager, or contact us.
If you’re already a Platinum Vision client, the Awards feature will be available to you on Thursday, April 12. You can participate in a training session that day from 2:00 – 3:00 pm ET.
