Prove the value of training with data
A new “Training Performance” report will provide company metrics on indicators such as active users, compliance, course completions, total awards revoked or granted, total employee location or position changes and total exceptions – a powerful tool to show the value of your training program.
Filtering what matters
You will have the ability to filter criteria, allowing for multi-select of individual employees, course types, course titles, assignment types, hire date, last login, enrolled by and training statuses.
Columns that count
You can choose your own report columns from a broad range of data – including employee, course, assignment, exclusion and completion data.
Schedule direct distributions
You have the ability to schedule distributions of custom reports based on the information you want to be distributed at new dynamic preset time windows.
