We also previewed the New User Experience in Vision, explored the importance of diversity in the workplace from our leaders Dru Armstrong and Kendall Pretzer, reviewed the current Product Roadmap, and shared new ideas for learning and development programs—all to further demonstrate our commitment to supporting multifamily companies and the industry at large.
I loved the session on the new UI [for Vision]! I am so excited I could burst! . . . I am THRILLED to share [new partnerships] with our leadership team as we look to the future of our organization and how Grace Hill can help us get where we want to be. I honestly learned so much, I could write a book. Thank you for this conference.

It wasn’t all nuts-and-bolts business, either. We also shared plenty of social delights, including Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party and dinner in Disney Springs, with lots of laughs and energizing conversation throughout.
The conference was also a great time to celebrate some of our exceptional award-winners, including The Ace of Impact Award (Highmark Residential), Over-the-Top Leaderboard Award (Winn Residential), Non-Stop Mystery Shop Award (Bainbridge), and the Virtual Superstar Award (FPI Management).
We hope the event fueled everyone’s professional and personal growth and provided new ideas to be immediately applied to learning and development programs. Above all, we intended that this time further demonstrate Grace Hill’s commitment to supporting individual companies and the industry at large in attracting, growing and retaining top talent, reducing operational risk, and elevating property performance.
But don’t just take our word for it!
