In her 10 years at Grace Hill, Katie has worked directly with clients to implement and manage their survey programs in Tenant Experience, Resident Experience, and Employee Engagement. As manager of reporting insights, she knows the keys to customer success across both the commercial and multifamily real estate industries. Prior to joining Grace Hill, Katie held multiple roles in consumer research and revenue analysis and served in the Peace Corps in Albania.
