Grace Hill continues to demonstrate its commitment to excellence in the multifamily and commercial real estate industries, winning an impressive four Stevie American Business Awards®, including two golds, in 2024.
Greenville, S.C., May 6, 2024 - Grace Hill continues to demonstrate its commitment to excellence in the multifamily and commercial real estate industries, winning an impressive four Stevie American Business Awards®, including two golds, in 2024. This is the third consecutive incredible showing for the organization, building upon its three wins in 2023 and Real Estate Company of the Year Silver Stevie Award in 2022. Grace Hill was honored with two Gold Stevie Awards in customer education and marketing, a Silver Stevie in marketing and a Bronze Stevie in customer service.
Created in 2002, the Stevie Awards are one of the leading and most coveted awards for businesses, recognizing the achievements and contributions of companies across the United States and the world. The Customer Education LMS award is part of the New Product Award category, which recognizes excellence in product management, product development, product engineering, manufacturing and functions. The judges stated that Grace Hill Vision “demonstrated a fine niche in their industry with complex changes coming in the real estate industry [that] requires a rapid learning source for onboarding” and also noted that “Grace Hill's training is the best in real estate.” We couldn’t agree more.
2024 Marketer of the Year - Kayla Ware, Product Marketing Manager - Gold Stevie Winner
In her two years at Grace Hill, Kayla has made a noticeable impact that was equally impressive to the Stevie Awards judges, who deemed her “an amazing marketer” and added that she possessed “an innovative approach and collaborative spirit.” They congratulated Kayla for her work in tripling web traffic conversion at Grace Hill and her efforts on the 2024 NMHC & Grace Hill Renter Preferences Survey.
2024 Marketing Executive of the Year - Traci Johnson, Chief Marketing Officer - Silver Stevie Winner
The judges called Traci’s tenure at Grace Hill a case of placing the right person in the right role to produce optimal marketing results, adding that the “results here are outstanding and speak to the value a skilled strategist adds to an organization.” Traci's strategic vision has led to the development of a unified brand message, repeatable campaign frameworks, and robust metrics for tracking performance. They also commended Traci’s construction of a cohesive team, stating, “A leader is judged not just by numbers but also the impact of their team. Traci has managed to build a new but experienced marketing team in a short span.”
