Setting the Scene

BH Management, the ninth-largest property management firm in the U.S., knows a winning strategy when they see one. It started at BH’s property, TAVA Waters, in Denver, where Realync helped the leasing team connect with prospects in a new, easier way: virtually. 

When BH began pre-leasing for Airie, their brand-new lakeside community, launching Realync was a no-brainer — and it paid off. With most prospects relocating from out of state, Realync quickly became the go-to tool for showcasing the space and securing leases quickly.

Leasing during construction wasn’t easy. The Airie leasing team couldn’t offer traditional tours and had to rely on hard hat walkthroughs of unfinished units. This created challenges for the leasing team, who needed to paint a picture of what the community would eventually look like rather than show what existed in the moment.

Most prospects were also relocating from out of state, making in-person visits nearly impossible. To overcome these challenges, the team turned to Realync.

The Solution

With virtual tours, the leasing team brought Airie’s vision to life, answered questions in real time, and built trust with prospective residents. As a result, many signed leases sight-unseen, and the team maintained strong leasing momentum from the start.

Brittany Farber, former Community Manager at BH Management, and Ana Garcia, current Community Manager at BH Management, wasted no time leveraging Realync to power their pre-leasing efforts at Airie.

They used the platform to build real connections with prospective residents through interactive video experiences. From virtual tours to personalized follow-up videos, Brittany and Ana gave prospects a real feel for the community, even from miles away.

“There’s so much content that can be created through Realync,” said Brittany. “For example, we’ve created resident testimonials and sent personalized follow-up videos to our prospects after they’ve toured. There are just so many reasons to use Realync and communicate a unique message to a unique prospect.”

The Outcome

During Airie’s lease-up phase, the leasing team created over 600 Realync videos of units and amenities, which led to thousands of views. These views are significant because they come from interested renters who are actively engaging with the property and eventually signing leases. 

The team has continued to create engaging videos showcasing Airie’s amenities, scenic lake, and other unique features that make the community stand out.

Looking ahead, Airie’s leasing team will continue to see high engagement by using Realync for personalized video follow-ups after tours and calls, offering a more dynamic and memorable experience than a typical email follow-up. This approach will continue to differentiate Airie and elevate its customer experience, setting it apart from competitors.
