Fair housing training from Grace Hill is approved by the
Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA)
Grace Hill is proud to announce that many of our fair housing courses meet TDHCA training requirements. TDHCA requires at least five hours of approved training for development owners, management companies, and development architects or engineers responsible for fair housing compliance at TDHCA-funded properties. Properties impacted by the requirement must submit certification of approved training completion as part of post-bond closing documentation, for the 10 Percent Test, and for review as part of the Affirmative Marketing Plan.
