Kelly Soljacich

Kelly Soljacich is an experienced professional in commercial real estate, currently working in Corporate Partnerships at Moderne Ventures. With over 23 years in Portfolio and Asset Management, she evaluates new technology from both investment and owner-user perspectives. She also advises and coaches investment technology companies at Moderne, refining their go-to-market strategies within commercial real estate. Before joining Moderne Ventures in 2023, she held various roles at LaSalle Investment Management, including Senior Vice President of Asset Management, Head of Proptech, and Head of EST (Environmental, Social, and Technology) Innovation.

Prior to LaSalle, Mrs. Soljacich worked at Deutsche Bank and held similar roles at Vornado and General Growth Properties. Her expertise spans a wide range of property types, including multifamily, retail, office, and industrial properties, with a focus on property technology, sustainability, and social programming. She is actively involved as a strategic advisor to GRESB, the CreTech Climate Coalition, and serves on the boards of the Red Cross of Illinois and the Technology Product Council of the Urban Land Institute.

VP, Strategic Insights | Grace Hill

Jen Tindle is the Vice President of Strategic Insights for Grace Hill. She plays a pivotal role in driving customer-focused insights across all Grace Hill products and leads commercial strategy.

Prior to joining Grace Hill, she founded All About CRE to close the knowledge gap between CRE and tech professionals. As part of her educational efforts, she writes a popular weekly Substack. Jen was also a founder and CEO of CREx Software, a solutions provider of commercial real estate data integration software for managers and owners.

Jen launched her career in CRE at Pennybacker Capital, a private equity real estate firm, where she held a variety of roles, including the creation and leadership of the Data and Analytics team. She started her career at PwC, where she won a national award for her CPA scores.
