Brenna Walraven is a real estate sustainability leader with a proven track record helping clients improve efficiency, resilience, carbon neutrality, and ESG performance across portfolios representing $320B in global assets. She served as Chairman and Chief Elected Officer of BOMA International and helped develop major industry energy efficiency programs, including BEEP®, which has trained over 36,000 individuals. Brenna has also advised on sustainability policy through the Real Estate Roundtable and has testified before the U.S. Congress. She holds degrees in economics and an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Southern California.
