Chicago property, K2 Apartments, was one of the first to leverage the Realync platform. After seeing strong results with Realync, Willow Bridge rolled out the platform to more than 70 properties.

What began as a tool for live video tours quickly expanded. Irini’s onsite teams started using Realync to record maintenance how-to videos. Residents even asked for these videos, saying things like, “If maintenance just shows me how to change the filter on video, I’ll do it myself.”
