Grace Hill Announces 2026 Impact Hero Awards Winners
Annual program honors three women supporting adults with developmental disabilities, veterans and families.
Irving, Texas, Oct. 1, 2026 — Grace Hill, a leading provider of performance solutions for the real estate industry, today announced three winners of its fifth annual Impact Hero Awards and awarded $6,500 in donations across their chosen charities. The annual program recognizes individuals at Grace Hill client companies whose volunteerism and advocacy make a difference in their local communities.
The 2026 grand prize winner ($3,500) is Margaret McNutt of ROAR Florida and Noah’s Ark of Central Florida. Her more than three decades of advocacy have helped expand opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.
McNutt’s advocacy began after her son, Jared, was diagnosed with developmental disabilities. As she connected with other parents, she began asking a question shared by many families: What will happen to our children when we are no longer here to care for them?
In 1998, she helped establish Noah’s Ark of Central Florida after researching residential communities across the country. Her vision extended beyond housing to creating a community where adults with developmental disabilities could experience greater independence, build friendships, continue learning and work.
Her years of advocacy helped make The Villages at Noah’s Landing a reality. The 56-acre community began welcoming residents in 2016 and now serves 126 residents, providing opportunities for independent living, education, employment, recreation and connection.
McNutt also volunteers as a coach for adaptive sports programs, leads a weekly yoga class, and helps residents participate in community activities.
"Margaret, Dana and Kadi exemplify how people across our client community are making a difference beyond the workplace,” said Matt Cotter, CEO of Grace Hill. “We’re proud to recognize their dedication and support the causes they have committed their time and energy to serving."
The first runner-up ($2,000) is Dana Dobrowolski, Director of Accounting at PRG Real Estate in Philadelphia, recognized for her work supporting Team Foster, an organization that helps provide highly trained service dogs to veterans with disabilities.
Dobrowolski has supported Team Foster since 2022 through fundraising, volunteering and the PHL Ruff Ride, a 24-hour stationary cycling fundraiser. In 2025, she rode the entire 24 hours herself and finished as the event’s highest individual fundraiser, earning the “Ruffest Rider” award.
In 2026, she again finished among the event’s top individual fundraisers and participated in the NYC Ruff Ride. She also volunteers at Team Foster events and is planning another solo 24-hour ride in 2027.
The second runner-up ($1,000) is Kadi Mancuso Rice, Vice President of Leasing and Marketing at Tailwind Group, recognized for her fundraising supporting children and families affected by pediatric cancer and epilepsy.
Rice began committing to giving back through the Indiana University Dance Marathon and later the Chicago Dance Marathon benefiting Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago. She has since completed seven marathons around the world to raise funds and awareness for charitable causes. Today, she serves as co-chair of the Danny Did Foundation’s annual Evening of Hearts & Hugs, supporting its work to raise awareness of epilepsy and Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy (SUDEP), expand access to seizure-detection technology, and support affected families.
