Grace Hill Appoints Matt Cotter as Chief Executive Officer

Grace Hill has appointed Matt Cotter as Chief Executive Officer, effective June 1, 2026. Cotter brings 20+ years of leadership across technology and real estate, most recently as CEO of PairSoft. Kendall Pretzer, CEO since 2021, has chosen to transition into the role of Chief Strategy Officer to pursue new personal priorities while staying closely connected to customers, industry events, and strategic initiatives — continuing to shape Grace Hill's direction alongside Cotter and the leadership team.
