As leaders of Grace Hill, and as fellow citizens, we wish to express to you our thoughts and feelings at this tumultuous time. We at Grace Hill believe that Black Lives Matter and that racial equality is fundamental to our values as people and a company.
The senseless killings, the ensuing protests, and heartfelt outpourings have gripped the nation. We feel for those who are in pain, recognize the unfairness, and are acutely aware that we must continue to search for meaningful and enduring change to overcome acts of racism, inequity, fear, and violence that corrodes our society.
As Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. said: “We must come to see that the end we seek is a society at peace with itself, a society that can live with its conscience.” It is clear that we are not there yet, but we choose hope over fear, and that the outcomes of today’s protests for racial equality will bring about lasting change and progress.
For over two decades, Grace Hill has helped train our industry on fairness, equality and diversity. Today, our customers have access to courses and policies essential to supporting their teams and company culture during these challenging times, including:
- Diversity & Inclusion
- Conflict Resolution
- Crisis Management: Prevention and Preparation
- Stress Management
- Building a Team Culture
We are committed to educate ourselves and others about anti-racism, inclusion and acceptance. To listen and learn from each other. And to work side by side with our customers as a trusted resource, as we seek together to move our industry and country forward.
This is an incredibly difficult time for our companies, our families, and our country. We see, we hear, and we strive to do better. Let’s help each other, let’s come together, to be better, both individually and within our industry. This is just the beginning of our conversation.
Sincerely,
Dru, Kendall, and the Grace Hill Team
