Jen Tindle Named as Vice President of Strategic Insights at Grace Hill

Role includes customer-focused insights and recommendations for improving property performance.

Greenville, S.C., June 5, 2024 - Grace Hill, the innovator of talent and performance management solutions for commercial and multifamily real estate, today announced the hiring of Jen Tindle as Vice President of Strategic Insights. She will play a pivotal role in driving customer-focused insights across all products of Grace Hill and including other meaningful customer data. Jen will be sharing market trends, consumer and resident/tenant behavior, competitive landscape and emerging opportunities.

Tindle brings a decade of experience in the CRE industry and technology solutions to her new position. Prior to joining Grace Hill, she founded All About CRE to close the knowledge gap between CRE and tech professionals. As part of her educational efforts, she writes a popular weekly Substack. Jen was also a Founder and CEO of CREx Software, a solutions provider of commercial real estate data integration software for managers and owners. Tindle launched her career in CRE at Pennybacker Capital, a private equity real estate firm, where she held a variety of roles, including the creation and leadership of the Data and Analytics team.
