Shannon Hanrahan is a Customer Success Manager at Grace Hill. She is passionate right now about getting people at the onsite level engaged in their local apartment associations and understanding how to grow their careers through networking and volunteering on committees through local, state, and national associations. Especially since she does not come from the rental housing industry, this has been a game changer for her in learning and being a true partner.
