Steve Wunch is the VP of Learning & Development for Capital Square Living. Steve supports the learning platform at Capital Square Living, providing high-impact, and position-specific learning to the entire CS Living portfolio, as well as employee development opportunities within the parent organization of Capital Square.
A proven learning and thought leader in the Multifamily Sector for nearly 30 years, Steve has a breadth of experience, having worked for some of the biggest REIT players (Archstone, Aimco (now known as AIR Communities), and Equity Residential) as well as Third Party Managers in multiple regions in the country. Steve has developed his own unique approach to learning that creates the bottom-line results that his business partners are looking for.
He is a professional facilitator in leadership, sales and customer service. He is a sought-after National speaker, and has consulted with several Multifamily companies to enhance, improve, and train their organizations to improve performance.
Steve began his career in multi-family as a Leasing Consultant, Assistant Manager, Community Manager, and has been in several training and support roles. Steve also spent time on the Multifamily Supplier Partner side working as VP of Sales at KnockCRM, and most recently VP of Marketing and Events at Leap Easy, LLC.
Steve holds a Leadership Certificate from the Center for Creative Leadership, is a DDI (Developmental Dimensions International) Certified Facilitator, and an MBTI Type I & II Certified Practitioner.
