So before Intelligence Plus, the way that we would present information to our owners, to convince them to invest in the properties, short of saying, just trust me, we would, collect information from the site teams and we would do our best to try to get information from our residents, but we just found that that was very challenging. So to get direct feedback and comments from Intelligence Plus, really helps to provide that insight to the ownership for them to approve. So what initially attracted me to Intelligence Plus was the time saver, the ability for it to take feedback that we were getting from our residents, not just the feedback, it actually like reads the comments as well, the ability for it to do that, and also turn that into recommendations on how we can improve our operations, you know, a move in, it's a first tour prospect or what have you, that became very valuable to me. So I kind of wanted to look into it some more. We had one building specifically that, residents really, you know, gave us a lot of feedback on their desire to have better amenities. It's a historical building, so we can have a pool. So they're like, you know, we but we still want something. So we were able to take some of the insight that it provided, for us and talk to the investors and to our owners and they essentially approve like one hundred thousand dollars worth of amenities for us to really invest in that property.
