The final step to secure your participation is to provide your community and resident lists no later than April 16, 2023.
Please follow the instructions below to complete participation:
- Download the template for community and resident lists.
- Fill in all required fields in the community and resident lists.
- Note: The file format (column headers, order, etc.) must be maintained for your file to be processed.
- Upload your completed community and resident lists to our secure file sharing site. You will receive an email within 48 hours with a link to submit your files.
