Grace Hill Excellence & Kingsley Excellence Awards

The Kingsley Excellence Award recognizes commercial properties for overall satisfaction scores that exceed the Kingsley Indexᵀᴹ. Properties must have a minimum of 30% response rate for office, medical office, and industrial properties and a 20% response rate for retail properties.

• 100% Club: Recognizes individual commercial properties with a perfect 5.0 overall tenant satisfaction score for two consecutive years. There is no minimum tenant survey requirement for this award.
• Elite 5: Recognizes the top five CRE organizations with the highest overall tenant satisfaction scores in each sector (Office, Retail, Medical Office, Industrial). A minimum of 10 properties must be surveyed in the prior calendar year. There is no minimum response rate for this award.

The Grace Hill Excellence Award recognizes multifamily properties for overall satisfaction scores that exceed the Kingsley Indexᵀᴹ. Properties must be enrolled in the survey program for at least 30 days and receive at least 15 survey responses.

• 95%: Recognizes the top 95% of multifamily properties that outperformed the national Kingsley Index in overall satisfaction. Properties must be enrolled in the survey program for at least six months and receive at least 15 survey responses.
• Elite 5: Recognizes the five top-performing multifamily companies in each of three client tiers (Tier 1 >30k units, Tier 2 10-30k units, Tier 3 <10k units). Properties must survey the majority of the management portfolio with Grace Hill, be enrolled in the survey program for at least six months, and include a pre-renewal survey. There is no minimum response rate requirement for this award.
