So even though it's hard for me to pick a favorite part of PerformanceHQ, I really do enjoy that our teams can sort of log into one place. Having training and policies under PerformanceHQ gives us a centralized platform where our employees can go to find anything that they need. It helps training team. It helps our HR team. The sparks that Grace Hill has recently come out with with the short form training in real time for really any sort of training compliance you need to see is imperative. To be able to create customized content is a game changer. I can create that, build an entire course without utilizing any external tools. I also really love Gracie, by the way. Gracie makes it really easy. So if you're not exactly sure what you're looking for, you sort of just type that information in and she goes and looks through all of the systems for you. One of my favorite tools in PerformanceHQ is Capture Wizard, and it's truly a wizard inside of a machine. With Capture Wizard, it really has reduced that amount of planning and all the various platforms and tools you need, and it's right there. By streamlining, we're hoping to provide them just a better overall experience and create more efficiencies throughout their day to day processes.
