One of the things that we struggle with, like, every training department struggles with, is getting people to complete their training. I wanna be able to train people but have it not be a chore. And this has, I think, kind of given us the cheat code for training. If if there's a better way to explain it, I don't know. I have this group of folks that we call our manager round table that we sit and we all we meet, you know, sometimes once a month, sometimes twice, or once every two weeks. It it varies depending on the content. And we actually met yesterday because I had given them an example of one of the capture wizard tutorials and was like, hey. Review this. Tell me what will you change. What would you do differently? You know, do you maybe wanna see the little bubble pop up? Do you wanna see, you know, the titles for does it need to be click or hover? Because we gave them the bare minimum, you know, just the little red box of what they need to do and then tell them what they need to do through them listening to the AI tool. And they came back and they were like, no. We really wanna see the text. We wanna see, you know, the label for what it's asking you to do. We wanna see all of this, and they're so engaged that when we were done, they were like, can you make all training this clickable engaging training with this tool? And I was like, oh, you like the capture wizard. And they do. They love it so much so that I actually wonder if when we deploy this in fourth quarter, if by first quarter, we might have more training compliance.
