Clover Sharpe is VP of People & Brand Experience at Zocalo Community Development in Denver CO, where she works at the intersection of People, Process, and Technology to help turn organizational strategy into meaningful, executable change. With more than 20 years in the multifamily industry, her experience spans onsite operations, learning and leadership development, organizational change, technology adoption, brand strategy, and employee and resident experience.
In her current role, Clover leads Learning & Development, Brand and Marketing, and technology enablement, partnering across her organization to improve how teams work, learn, communicate, and adapt to change. She is passionate about connecting people to the “why” behind business initiatives and building the processes, tools, and learning experiences that help change stick.
Clover is an active industry educator, speaker, and advocate and serves on Grace Hill’s National Training Advisory Board. She also holds leadership roles with the Apartment Association of Metro Denver and was recognized as AAMD’s 2025 Person of the Year.
Krisann Gaiko
Senior VP of Learning & Enablement | Grace Hill
Krisann Gaiko is Grace Hill’s Senior Vice President of Learning & Enablement. She joined the team in 2018 as Senior Director of Account Management after Grace Hill acquired The Strategic Solution, where she had worked for over 15 years. Krisann has spent her entire career in multifamily, working in various onsite and training roles prior to moving to the supplier partner side.
Krisann is passionate about helping people and consistently ensures that the Grace Hill teams are empowered to serve customers through a consultative approach to employee and property performance. Krisann has a Bachelor of Arts from Texas Tech University. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, three kids, and two fur babies. To relax, she likes to play the piano and decompress with yoga.
