Specializing in technology innovation, data analytics and real estate solutions, Fontan and Tubbs will play key roles in advancing Grace Hill’s platform, expanding market reach and delivering greater value to property owners and operators. Fontan will oversee the product innovation team, bringing momentum and untapped insights to the Grace Hill suite of solutions. He will lead our engineering team, our technology security, as well as our internal IT. Tubbs will focus on commercial business initiatives, including strategy, partnerships and market growth. He will have direct responsibility for the commercial customer success team and work in tandem with product management and sales on supporting product innovation and retention.

As the CTO at Veriforce, Fontan played a key role in scaling technology operations and delivering high-impact compliance and risk management solutions. His leadership in software implementation, platform development and data intelligence makes him a valuable asset as Grace Hill continues to elevate its SaaS offerings in the real estate industry. 

With experience spanning management consulting at PwC and global innovation leadership at CBRE, the world’s largest commercial real estate services firm, Tubbs has a proven track record of driving strategic partnerships, scaling technology-driven solutions and accelerating market expansion.
