Trey Tubbs is a results-oriented commercial real estate leader with over 20 years of experience in sales, technology, and strategic partnerships. Trey has a consistent record of exceeding sales goals, managing large accounts, and leading high-performing teams. His experience includes developing digital strategies, implementing SaaS/PropTech solutions, and driving business development for companies like CBRE and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Trey is passionate about building strong client relationships and delivering innovative solutions. Outside of work, you can find Trey outdoors hunting, fishing, or playing sports when he and his wife are not attending their kids’ events.

Vice President of Strategic Insights

Jen Tindle leads commercial strategy and plays a pivotal role in driving customer-focused insights across all Grace Hill products.

Before joining Grace Hill, she founded All About CRE to close the knowledge gap between CRE and tech professionals. As part of her educational efforts, she writes a popular weekly Substack. Jen was also the founder and CEO of CREx Software, a solutions provider of commercial real estate data integration software for managers and owners.

Jen launched her career in CRE at Pennybacker Capital, a private equity real estate firm, where she held a variety of roles, including the creation and leadership of the Data and Analytics team. She started her career at PwC, winning a national award for her CPA scores.

Commercial Sales Executive

Amy Fisher is a Commercial Sales Executive at Grace Hill specializing in KingsleySurveys. She has a proven track record in driving revenue growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

 

Amy's expertise spans commercial real estate, finance, and investments. She has a keen understanding of tenant retention strategies and is well-versed in ESG-R and GRESB standards, demonstrating her commitment to sustainability in the built environment. Amy's strong leadership skills and deep industry knowledge enable her to foster long-term client relationships and deliver exceptional results.

Commercial Customer Success Manager

Brent Foster is an accomplished account manager at Grace Hill with over 25 years of experience in commercial and multifamily real estate. With a career rooted in hands-on experience and a client-centric approach, Brent has developed a deep understanding of the industry's challenges and dynamics. Brent specializes in tenant surveys and uses his expertise to manage accounts, foster strong relationships, and deliver successful outcomes.

Outside of work, Brent enjoys traveling, hiking, and being a devoted husband and dog dad. His broad range of interests and his varied professional background make him a well-rounded, trusted advisor dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals with confidence.

Beth Pierson

Beth Pierson

Commercial Customer Success Manager

Beth Pierson is a commercial account manager with over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Beth is passionate about her work and has a client-centric approach that allows her to provide comprehensive solutions for clients, ensuring their requirements are met and exceeded. Outside of work, she enjoys playing pickleball and walking her dog, Jinx, around Dallas. She is also a proud mother of two college students, Georgia and Jack.

Becky Barriault

Director, Customer Business Services

Becky Barriault brings over two decades of operations management expertise to Grace Hill. She excels in driving project success and fostering strong client relationships. Becky leads the interview team, motivating them to achieve project goals through data analysis and strategic decision-making. She collaborates closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Survey teams to ensure seamless project execution. 

Prior to this role, Becky propelled her customer success team to significant growth in customer retention and revenue. Becky's dedication to customer success and proven ability to resolve issues make her a valuable leader at Grace Hill. Outside of work, Becky enjoys spending time with friends, watching live music, traveling, being outdoors, and cheering on her favorite sports teams.

Kaite Jeffirs

Director, Survey Support Services

Katie Jeffirs oversees the reporting and analysis for all Grace Hill’s KingsleySurveys programs. In her 10 years at Grace Hill, Katie has worked directly with clients to implement and manage their survey programs in Tenant Experience, Resident Experience, and Employee Engagement. 


As manager of reporting insights, she knows the keys to customer success across both the commercial and multifamily real estate industries. Prior to joining Grace Hill, Katie held multiple roles in consumer research and revenue analysis and served in the Peace Corps in Albania.
