How Greystar Drives More Revenue and Fewer Vacancies With Realync

Hi, my name is Louisa Snoot, I am the property manager at The Pullman in downtown Denver. I have been using Realync for about three years now, and I love the product, really for four main reasons. So the first is that it really helps with any out of state clientele. In Denver specifically, we have a market where tons of people relocate from out of state, and a lot of them actually don't have the option to come make a visit here before leasing apartment. So while photos do a little bit of that work for you, a video can just go so much further. Reason number two is it's a great tool when releasing apartments that are currently occupied. Again, it's hard to really trust that you want to take an apartment off the market that you have never seen before. So when you have a video of that specific unit, it gives that prospect a little bit more trust to make their decision and hurry up in making their decision. The next reason is that it really kind of overcomes the whole, I need to bring my roommate back to see the apartment. Whether that's a roommate, significant other, sometimes you need that sign off from a parent. When they can just share that video with their friends, it takes away the time of them having to set up an entirely new visit. And what's really nice is that it's tracked. So You'll get an alert that, Hey, John Smith just watched your video. Maybe you haven't heard from John Smith in a month, and now you're like, Hey, he's watching our videos again. He's super interested. Let's reach out to them. The fourth reason is that it's been an amazing tool during this whole pandemic. When I was leasing before Realync, if we needed to send videos, we would have to use our personal cell phone, or if we needed to do a virtual tour, we were having to use FaceTime. Using your own personal phone is never good because the last thing you want to want to happen is for a resident to get your phone number. So the virtual tour experience that Realync offers is amazing. It's super easy to build rapport with prospects, and it's a really simple process where you can watch prerecorded videos and you don't have to worry about any kind of weird connection issues. Beyond just the product, the team at RealLink is also so amazing.
