Meet Melissa Feliciano, Grace Hill Account Manager
As an Account Manager for Grace Hill, Melissa makes sure that clients are trained on Vision LMS. She ensures that they feel engaged in their training program within their organization. Melissa is always available and ready to assist with anything that her clients may need help with.
“I have always enjoyed training my peers and team members to help them understand the ‘why’ behind decisions or practices that are in place.”
After graduating from the University of Richmond, Melissa pursued her NALP and CAM certificates. Starting as a Leasing Specialist, she found her passion for the multifamily industry. She moved into an Assistant Manager role and eventually became a Property Manager. She has had the opportunity to manage both residential and commercial tenants. Working on-site, Melissa found that training was an essential element to everyone’s professional growth.
“No matter how much I had on my plate, I ALWAYS stopped to take the time to recognize training opportunities because I’ve always had great mentors that did the same for me.”
As an Account Manager, Melissa is able to continue her involvement in the multifamily industry in a different capacity. She is proudest when she is able to teach someone something new that will better their training program or allow them to be more successful in their role. Her ability to remain calm during difficult situations helps her keep things in perspective and focus on solutions. Melissa enjoys the fact that each day is never the same.

Melissa is enjoying being a newlywed. She and her husband live in St. Augustine, Florida with their two adorable dogs and their cool cat. They love to travel and spend time with family.
