Grace Hill has received many requests to make the content in our Vision learning management system (LMS) accessible in languages other than English and Spanish. We are excited to share that our new feature, Course Translation Tool, has officially been rolled out in the courses listed below.
The Course Translation Tool will allow learners to more readily engage with our content in many different languages, and we look forward to making this feature available in several other courses before the end of the year.
Course Translation Tool is now available in the following courses:
- Fair Housing
- Fair Housing for Maintenance
- Sexual Harassment (+Supervisor)
- Sexual Harassment Refresher
- Diversity and Inclusion (+Supervisor)
- Defeating the Mold Monster
- Active Shooter Awareness
- Preventing Workplace Violence
The courses replacing Fair Housing II:
- Fair Housing and Reasonable Accommodations and Modifications
- Fair Housing and Disparate Impact
- Fair Housing and Communicating with People Who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing
- Fair Housing and Terms, Conditions, and Privileges
How to Access Course Translation Tool
Vision customers will be able to access Course Translation Tool through the Translation button in the Course Menu. It will open a new window containing the course transcript and easily translate it to any language that Google Translate currently supports.
Click on the Google Select Language drop-down menu to choose your preferred language as shown here:
